We are pleased to announce that three members of the West Texas Watercolor Society have been juried into the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies (WFWS) 43rd annual exhibit to be held at the Southern Arizona Watercolor Guild Gallery in Tuscon, Arizona.

The WTWS artists and their paintings,
Fritzi Heron “After Morning Chores”,
Gale Webb “Mode of Transportation” 
Betty Blevins “Autumn Shadows”
were three of 100 selected by Nationally known artist and juror Ted Nuttall from among 970 entries from the 11 watercolor societies that make up WFWS. The exhibit, which is free and open to the public, will run from May 1 through June 24, 2018.

The West Texas Watercolor Society was organized in 1962 and granted a Charter by the State of Texas on November 13, 1979 for the purpose of promoting the highest aesthetic standards and the interchange of ideas among persons interested in all forms of water media.
