8        WTWS really poured on the Southern Hospitality and showed us a wonderful time.  I was so impressed with Texas Tech U’s campus and their support of the arts.  Our guide was wonderful.  Even floods and severe weather didn’t slow them down in having something fun for us to do.  – Arizona delegate

November 15th  2014   Deadline for entry materials to be received by Delegates

December 1st 2014 Deadline for entry materials to be received by WTWS

 January 21st 2015 Images and acceptances due to WTWS from Juror

 January 28th 2015  Accept / Declined notices e-mailed to delegates

February 19th 2015 Matted Paintings due to WTWS WFWS Delegate  (Carol Peterson)

March 15th 2015 Matted Paintings Due to WTWS

April 16th 2015 Exhibit OPENS

April 26th Linda Baker Gives a Demo for the WTWS  members at the Legacy Event Center

April 27th – May 1st 2015 Linda Baker will do a workshop and will Jury the Exhibit

May 4th 2015 Notification to Entrants of the 2015 40th Exhibition’s AWARD WINNERS

May 28th 2015 Delegates Arrive

May 29th 2015 Board of Delegates Meeting at 9:00 am   Lunch- Hotel 12:00 pm

May 30th 2015 Both Societies Networking Meeting 9:00 am  at the Kline Room at the museum  Gale Webb will demo for the artists , etc.  DINNER AND AWARDS PRESENTATION-RECEPTION 1:00 PM SCULPTURE  COURT- LIGHT SUPPER

June 1ST 2015   FAREWELL BREAKFAST FOR THE DELEGATES

JULY 15TH  EXHIBITION CLOSES

JULY 16TH AND 17TH 2015 PAINTINGS ARE DISASSEMBLED AT  TTU MUSEUM

JULY 18+ 2015 PAINTINGS SHIPPED BACK TO THE LOCAL DELEGATES
